Some destination networks require a verified Caller ID and reject calls with no Caller ID or an unverified number. Others may restrict Caller IDs from the destination country. Choose an eligible verified number you own or are authorized to use; No Caller ID is only an option where the destination network permits it. Outbound calls to the USA are currently restricted, while USA numbers remain available to buy.
Caller ID & connection helpDo I need the 007VoIP app on both phones?
No. Start the connection from your online account, then answer the calls on the two ordinary phones. Internet access is needed to set up the connection; the conversation itself uses the phones.
How is this different from call forwarding?
Phone-to-phone starts a new conversation by calling two numbers you choose. Call forwarding sends an incoming call to your 007VoIP number onward to a destination.
Which number appears as Caller ID?
Use your account default or an available verified number on your account. Caller ID options and how the number is displayed depend on your account and the destination network.
What should I do if a call does not connect?
Check both international phone numbers, your account status and the selected Caller ID. Answer your callback phone first and stay on the line while the destination rings.
